It’s what’s happening behind the scene that surprises people the most. There are no deep fryers in our kitchens and everything we serve is baked, steamed or grilled, never fried! We are proud to say our wings have 60%-70% less fat and calories than traditional fried wings. Our menu is packed with flavor, not grease!
